Crazy Question: Can animals more dogs, get sexual diseases?

I was just thinking about this, like aids and herpes? And can they spread it to humans? I was thinking about this cuz my dog kind of sliced the vets hand by accident when she was trying to give him a shot. There was a little blood…..I was all of a sudden being paranoid. Also, in your daily life, we come in contact with many germs and a lot of people don’t practice sanitation, so thinking on all the door knobs and toilet seats and such, me being a fully pure virgin, sometimes think I should go get tested even though I have never had anything, but a make-out session…Can someone give me a link to real facts about the spread of diseases from animals to humans vice a versa and if it’s good to go get tested even though I have no relations?
