Truck makes clunking noise when sharp turn?

When i turn my wheel all the way to the left and turn a corner it makes a repeated clunk noise and the same thing happens some times when i hit a really hard bump, the far inside of my tire is worn down to the wires and the rest of the tire looks new as do the others. Ever since last year i have been having problems with the uper control arm becoming loose and having to tighten it but that hasnt happened for about 6 months. I drive a 2000 dodge dakota slt v6.
Also alot of squeaking coming from the control arm area
the wheel is not rubbing anything
PEOPLE PLEASE ITS A DODGE DAKOTA PICKUP IT IS NOT FRONT WHEEL DRIVE THERE ARE NO CV JOINTS
